We want you to love your Pockeys purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item significantly different from description

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or modified
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Change of mind after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@pockeys.com with your order number and photos of the issue
  2. We will review your request within 48 hours
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order will have been forwarded to our supplier and cannot be cancelled.
